Gone

Yesterday I decided to go for a walk in my slip on fabric shoes.. This was probably the worst mistake I could have made, for I was so excited to wear them I forgot to evaluate the outfit that was accompanying them. A long story made short: the shoes ended up ruining the perfectly good outfit I was sporting. Boys can often do this to us...this boy ended up killing my confidence and mood for the day; so much that I decided I can no longer have these shoes. The boy that used to be my sweet, compassionate, and loving best friend is no longer who I remember and dream of. Thus I am throwing these shoes away due to the fact that they no longer hold the qualities of the white sneakers I will one day purchase. Although this temporarily hurts me, one day I hope that this decision will be one of the greater that I have made.
